A single-family home designed with environmental and energy efficiency aspects in mind, resulting in a home with particularly low energy consumption and a high level of thermal comfort.

All interior furniture elements in the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room were custom-made by ZANIA, using lacquered finishes, laser laminates, and Corian countertops. The kitchen extraction system was designed using an air recirculation system with an active carbon filter, which allows for significant energy savings.
