Do you need quick assistance for your kitchen? Create your own ticket for fast, personalized service.
You can open a Ticket or Incident by clicking on the button at the bottom right called "? – SUPPORT." You can even attach photos or PDFs related to your incident.
This automatically enters the incident into our system and assigns it a request receipt number, a copy of which you will receive immediately. Your incident is already being handled!
In addition, we assign you an agent to provide you with much faster and more personalized service through a human being.
Above all, don't forget to include your contact details and the exact address of the kitchen, the GP code number for your kitchen (you can find this on your quote), and some photos.
